To ensure that your holiday starts and ends well, we can, if you would like, assist you with the transfer from Flamingo Airport to Villa Caribbean Dream.
We are also happy to help you arrange other things for the holiday, such as renting a car / scooter , taking diving lessons, etc., etc…

The use of electricity, gas and water, with normal consumption, is included in the price.
The three bedrooms have air conditioning. Do not forget to close the shutters in the bedrooms and adjacent bathrooms when using the air conditioning and do not forget to turn it off if you do not use it, otherwise the energy consumption can increase considerably. And we will set off excess energy consumption against the deposit. Tip: Sleeping with open shutters, without air conditioning is best when there is sufficient wind and with slightly less wind, only using the ceiling fan is often sufficient!
The rental prices do not include:
- Contribution service costs: € 169.00 (this includes the initial & final cleaning, laundry, caretaking, etc.)
- Deposit: € 275.00
Any additional costs resulting from above-average consumption of electricity, gas and / or water during your stay, or damage to the accommodation caused by you (or under your responsibility), will be charged afterwards.
During check-in and check-out, the start and end positions of electricity and water will be recorded by our manager. A table, with the maximum included consumption, can be found in the guestbook of the Villa and the meters are freely accessible, so you never have to face unpleasant surprises. (ask for it during check-in!)
Any additional costs will be deducted from the deposit, insofar as the amount of the extra costs does not exceed the deposit. Any amount to be paid, after settlement with the deposit, must then be paid as soon as possible, but no later than within the payment term stated on the relevant invoice.
If there are no additional costs, or if these are less than the deposit, the (remaining) deposit will be refunded within eight days after departure.
Check-In is from 3:00 PM and Check-Out is at 12:00 PM. If you fly late on the day of departure, the accommodation can be used, if possible, for a fee of half a day’s rent up to 20:00 hours.
If you arrive earlier, we will try in consultation whether the accommodation can be available earlier.
Reservation and Payment Conditions:
After the reservation you will receive an invoice with the total amount. To guarantee the reservation, we receive 20% of this total amount, no later than one week after the reservation.
The remaining amount must have been transferred no later than eight weeks before the planned arrival date. If this payment is not received by us on this date, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and there will be no refund of the 20% deposit.
The consequences of a possible cancellation of the reservation:
If we receive the cancellation in writing (by letter / e-mail) no later than eight weeks before the planned arrival date, we will refund 50% of the total rental amount and 100% of the deposit and service costs, if paid in the meantime.
If we still manage to rent the accommodation (for the entire period) to third parties during the period reserved by you, we will refund, if paid in the meantime, 80% of the rent and 100% of the deposit and service costs charged.
If we receive the cancellation later than the mentioned eight weeks before the arrival date, there will be no refund.
Although this has never happened, there may be circumstances that require us to cancel your booking.
Should such a cancelation occur, we will of course immediately refund any payments made by you.
We cannot be held liable for any other (financial) damage as a result of such cancellation.
Unforeseen circumstances may cause a planned holiday to be canceled.
We therefore always advise to take out travel / cancellation insurance !
